Dashboard

Welcome to the Gemini1 Client Portal!  The Client Portal is Gemini's Client facing access to all Provider data, reports, documents upload/download as well as a variety of functionality available to our Client Users.  Immediately upon secure log-in, the User is presented with the Dashboard.  Either by selecting a particular Icon or within the Toolbar at the top of the Dashboard screen, the Dashboard offers direction and accessibility to various areas of the Portal, depending on the desired information or functionality.  In addition, the Dashboard screen provides the User with quick and convenient performance measures as well as pertinent alerts and reminders.

Dashboard Navigational Destinations

Provider Search - Search within your Provider network for access to individual Provider records including Credentialing / Demographic information, as well as details of applicable credentialing activity, status and progress.

Reports - The Gemini1 Client Portal offers the User a suite of reports to assist in oversight, management and visibility into Gemini's credentialing activity in various stages of the PSV / Application gather process, as well as Ancillary services.   All Gemini1 reports are real-time and offer a level of on-screen customization and interactivity and are downloadable into Excel and/or .CSV formats for even more utilization/consumption options to the User.

Resources -  The Gemini Client Portal Resources page is a general repository where key, general documents are stored and centrally and conveniently available for viewing /downloading by the User.    Common documents found in the Resources page of the Client Portal are the Gemini Policy and Procedures, current NCQA Certification evidence, Client-specific application packet template (if applicable), etc.   

Updates / Upload - The Updates / Upload section of the Gemini Client Portal is the main area where the User may provide documents and / or information to Gemini that pertain to various functions, services or processes.  Most respective Upload areas offer the ability to upload document(s)/ information in a single Provider fashion, by entering identifying Provider information and then dragging and dropping (or browsing the User's internal files)  or in bulk via an Excel or .csv template.   

Management - Upon Initial establishment of a Manager-level Client User, the Manager-level User may then grant access to other Client Users, Remove Users and manage the level of User capability on a real-time basis.   In addition, more technical aspects of Gemini's offerings (FTP transfers and Application Programming Interface (API) can be customized and  initiated within the Management area of the Client Portal.  

Account Settings - The User may customize notification preferences offered by Gemini1, as well manage passwords and individual account.


Dashboard Metrics and Alerts

Turnaround Time (TAT) Statistics - Monthly average TAT based on all Provider files in a Completed status within the respective month and segregated by Initial and Recredentialing.  TAT is measure in business days by default, however also available in calendar days by toggling ON (green), the Calendar Days option.   Actual Provider file details of the month's Initial Credentialing or Recredentialing files completed, may be obtained in report form by double clicking on the desired month's Initial Credentialing or Recredentialing graph bar.  

Recredentialing Forecast - The colored wheel chart will provide a quick forecast of Providers coming due for Recredentialing over the next sixth month time period.  Actual Provider file details of the month's Recredentialing files coming due, may be obtained in report form by double clicking on the desired month within the wheel chart. This may be useful to the User in preparation for resources necessary to prepare for Credentialing Committee, budget and other Client internal requirements and preparation surrounding the Provider Recredentialing process.  NOTE:  Earliest Recredentialing Forecast is applicable to Alliance model Clients and based on the  Alliance Next Recredentialing Due date. 

Your Favorite Reports - By clicking the Star symbol next to the Search section of most reports, the User may choose the report as a favorite shown on the User's Dashboard for convenience in navigating directly to the favorite report directly from the Dashboard.

Actions - The Actions section on the Dashboard will alert the User that there is an action to be taken by the User or information needed.

Portal User Guide and Information - At the bottom right of each Portal screen will be a green signal Icon which when selected will be a User guide source, providing information on various screens and functionality within the Client Portal.  This will serve as the Gemini Client Portal User Guide.  In addition, the User may send a questions or comments regarding the Portal functionality, directly to a Gemini representative.  Responses to all inquiries may occur within the response time performance standards stated in the Gemini Policy and Procedures.
