Reports - Outstanding Application Requests
The Outstanding Application Requests report is a real-time listing of all active Client Providers currently in a state whereby the Provider's Initial or Recredentialing application has NOT been received by Gemini via CAQH download, directly returned from the Provider or User upload. Upon Gemini's automated, API query to the CAQH for a Provider's CAQH application, if the application cannot be downloaded due to the fact that the CAQH has deemed the application incomplete and/or expired, Gemini will send notice to the Provider via fax/email/phone follow up, requesting action be taken to update his/her CAQH application. Similarly, if the Client's application source is a pre-populated application, Gemini send the pre-populated application to the Provider via fax/email/phone follow up. After the initial CAQH update notice or pre-populated application is faxed/emailed, an additional 3 follow up attempts will be made until the CAQH update or application is received. The Outstanding Application Requests report not only lists all Client Providers in Initial or Recredentialing Application Request status, but includes number of attempts made, attempt contact information and a downloadable copy of the request notice or pre-populated application sent to the Provider and more. As are all Gemini1 Reports, the Outstanding Application Requests report is downloadable into Excel and/or .CSV formats. Report pages are paginated in order to navigate through the report on-screen.
*Suggested Report Usage / Purpose: Outstanding Application Requests report typically serves to give the User a broader overview of the Client's Providers currently in the application gather process, avoiding the need to search that information by individually Provider record, which is also available. By downloading the Outstanding Application Requests report into Excel, the User may sort by Provider group name, later attempts (3rd/4th), etc. in order to perform supplemental outreach to Provider's who may be non-responsive to Gemini's outreach attempts. The User is equipped with contact information, consolidation, pertinent notes and even the actual request letter or pre-populated application if requested by the Provider, upon Client's supplemental outreach. The User may follow all Provider application gather activity, every step of the way and take action, well before the Provider's Recredentialing due date potentially expires due to non-compliance. As with the In Process and Outstanding Application Requests reports, the Client can follow the credentialing/Recredentialing application through ever step of its life-cycle and choose to take action prior to the potential of the return of an incomplete file.
