Updates - New Upload - Credentialing Application - Single Submission (Non-Template)

The Credentialing Application Upload section of the Gemini Client Portal is the area the User may upload a single document pdf or Organizational Provider (HDO) application packet (application and all supporting documents in one pdf).

Single Provider Application Upload (Credentialing Application Submission Default screen) - The User has ability to upload applications in a single Provider fashion, by entering identifying Provider information and then dragging and dropping (or browsing and selecting from the User's internal library).  Adherence to Gemini required upload formatting and required identifying fields is necessary for a successful upload and also allows for more automated efficiency in the transfer, therefore the User must carefully ensure that all required (red star *) fields are populated and in the correct format.  Should the User fail to comply with the completion or formatting of the required fields on the on-screen submission form, an indicator will appear and the Upload bar will not be operable.  Once all fields are properly completed and the .pdf application packet has been added to the Drop/Browse section, the User will click the Upload bar to perform the submission of the Provider application to Gemini for intake and processing.  NOTE:  Provider applications must include application AND supporting documents (i.e. copy of malpractice insurance certificate, CV, etc.) in ONE .pdf formatted document.  Formats other than .pdf (i.e. Word), will not be accepted for Upload.

Organizational Provider (HDO) Application Upload - The User must first toggle ON, the HDO option.  The User then has ability to upload a single HDO application, by entering identifying HDO information and then dragging and dropping (or browsing and selecting from the User's internal library). Once all fields are properly completed and the .pdf application packet has been added to the Drop/Browse section, the User will click the Upload bar to perform the submission of the HDO application to Gemini for intake and processing.  NOTE:  HDO applications must include application AND supporting documents (i.e. copy of malpractice insurance certificate, Accreditation, etc.) in ONE .pdf formatted document.  Formats other than .pdf (i.e. Word), will not be accepted for Upload.

** If there are multiple groups with which a Provider is affiliated within Alliance models, Managed Service Organizations (MSO) type Clients, the User may indicate the one uploaded Provider/HDO application to be submitted and processed for those multiple groups by clicking into the Clients drop down bar and selecting all applicable Client Groups.  Therefore, it is not necessary for the User to upload the same Provider/HDO application multiple times for each Client Group.
