Reports - Expirables

The Gemini Updating of Expiring Documents (Expirables) service consists of tracking applicable Provider credentialing elements (Licensure, DEA, Board Certification and Malpractice Insurance ) which expire in between credentialing cycles and subsequently obtaining and making available, verification updates on these elements.   Those Clients who contract with Gemini to provide the Expirable service will have available two main report types pertaining to the service.   As are all Gemini1 Reports, the Expirables reports are downloadable into Excel and/or .CSV formats.  Report pages are paginated in order to navigate through the report on-screen.

Expirables Reports  (Board Certification, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), State Drug, State License, Malpractice Insurance)

The Expirables Report(s) provide the User a view of Provider Expirable elements, by element coming due within 30 days, as well as attempt status.

Field Selection - By clicking the "# items selected" drop down, the User may customize the report fields to be viewed both on the Provider Expirables report page, as well as downloaded if applicable.  

Specify Date Range - By clicking in the Specify Date Range section, the User has the option to select a specific subset of Provider Expirable elements currently due to expire and not yet updated.  The User will first toggle left to choose a month, other than the current month and then select the day of that month as the beginning date of the desired date range.  The User will then click back into the Specify Date Range section and repeat, selecting the end date of the desired date range. The User will then click outside of the  Specify Date Range section to initiate the date range specified, which will now show on the page and available for download. 

Search - Within the "Global Filter" section on the Expirables report page, the User may search for an individual Provider.  The suggested use for the Search feature is for speed and convenience in information look-up within the Expirables report.  Searches may be performed by Name.

Sorting - By clicking on a particular report field header, the User may sort the report by that particular field of information.  Multiple clicks on the report field header will result in ascending/descending ordering as desired by the User.

Provider Record Selection - By double clicking within the row of a particular Provider, the User will be transferred to that Provider's individual record.

Mark Report as Favorite - By clicking the Star symbol next to the Search section of the Expirables report, the User can choose the Expirables report as a favorite shown on the User's dashboard for convenience in navigating directly to the Expirables report from the dashboard.

Updated Expirables Report

The Updated Expirables report provides a cumulative view of those Provider Expirable elements that have been updated by Gemini, along with the ability to download the updated element verification, singularly as well as in bulk.

Field Selection - By clicking the "# items selected" drop down, the User may customize the report fields to be viewed both on the Updated Expirables  report page, as well as downloaded if applicable.  

Specify Date Range - By clicking in the Specify Date Range section, the User has the option to select a specific subset of Provider Expirable elements that have been updated.  The User will first toggle left to choose a month, other than the current month and then select the day of that month as the beginning date of the desired date range.  The User will then click back into the Specify Date Range section and repeat, selecting the end date of the desired date range. Search - Clicking within the available boxes below the Field Header row in the Updated Expirables report page.  The suggested use for the Search feature is for speed and convenience in information look-up or taking actions offered within the Updated Expirables report.  Searches may be performed by Last Name, First Name, NPI Number, CAQH number or Client ID Number.

Choose Expirable Type - By default, the Updated Expirables report page will load showing the past SEVEN days of updated elements and will include updates for all elements.  The User may select only a particular Expirable type (element) to show on screen by clicking the Choose Expirable Type dropdown and choosing the desired element.

View Expirable By State - The User may choose a particular state pertaining to the desired element by clicking into the Choose dropdown under the "State" Field Header of the Updated Expirables report and choosing the state desired (primarily applicable to State License/State Drug elements).

Download Bulk Updated Expirable Elements PDF - By first selecting a date range and then clicking Download all files, the User may download the selected date range of updated Expirable elements PDF format.  

Download Individual Updated Expirable Element - By clicking the hyperlink within the Provider line item, Download field, the User may download the updated Expirable element in PDF format.  Updated Expirable elements in PDF format are available individually within the Provider's record, located within the coinciding elements .
