Management - FTP Settings
FTP, or File Transfer Protocol, is an option available for Clients to automate the delivery of completed files to their corporate network. By establishing a FTP connection between your organization and GDS, the pdf files associated with every completed Credentialing Cycle will be automatically uploaded to your network every morning.
Please consult with your Information Technology staff to configure a server to use for FTP-based file delivery.
The following fields are available on the FTP Settings screen:
- Type: This is the FTP protocol that should be used to connect to your organization’s FTP server.
- Server: This is the FTP server address.
- Example: ftp.servicesbygemini.com
- Port: This is the Port that should be used to connect to your organization’s FTP server.
- Example: 22, 443
- Username: This is the username that should be used to connect to your organization’s FTP server.
- Password: This is the password that should be used to connect to your organization’s FTP server.
- Remote Directory: This is the directory that should be used to upload pdf files.
- Example: Incoming/Cred
- SSH Key Fingerprint: This should be populated with the SSH Key Fingerprint if SSH is required to connect to your server.
- TLS Host Certificate Fingerprint: This should be populated with the TLS Host Certificate Fingerprint if TLS is required to connect to your server.
- Open PGP Public Key: This should be populated with the PGP/GPG Public Key if your server requires a key pair for connections.
- Notification Email: This is the email address that should receive alerts when file uploads have been completed.
